Delete your Wanar account
In the app (immediate)
- Open Wanar and sign in.
- Go to More › Preferences.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm with your password.
Without the app
Email contact@wanar.app from your account’s email address, subject “Delete my account”. We check the request comes from the account holder and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: your sign-in account (name, email, phone, password), your profile and role, your devices registered for notifications, your personal signature, your assignments, and the farm data stored on your phone.
- Kept: the farm records you entered (sales, expenses, invoices, reports). They belong to the farm and its other members, and some must be kept for accounting.
- Last member of the farm: the farm and all its data are deleted within 30 days.
- Technical backups are erased at most 30 days later.
